Excellent company. Very helpful staff and very good pricing. I was searching the internet including Amazon and eBay for the best prices on Brother Embroidery Hoops. Obviously being a niche product, there are not too many options. The products are not very well numbered so it's easy to get the wrong ones if you're not sure. I found this company had the best prices and called them to ask questions about which were the correct items and if they were original Brother products. They couldn't have been more helpful showing knowledge and understanding without trying to hard sell me anything. I shopped on line at their website and that was easy too. I did call once more to double check the products were the exact correct make for my model and speaking to a different person, who was just as helpful and attentive as the first person. I spent £168 and the purchase was delivered quicker than expected with no postage charge and all wrapped up very well. I will undoubtedly be buying from them again.

Fantastic service Fantastic service from Lords - Kirsty couldn't have been more helpful when the model I originally wanted wasn't in stock. There was no hard sell of other models, just useful advice and in the end I did choose an alternative. My machine and a bonus starter pack of supplies arrived within 3 days with a lovely hand written note. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received (especially after having had a bad experience with a different supplier) and would definitely recommend Lords to others looking for a sewing or embroidery machine. I'll certainly be using them again for anything I need in the future.
