Excellent service I took in my Brother machine this morning fearing the worst since a horrible jammed and broken needle incident. It was evaluated, tested and fixed in about 20 minutes. And no charge! Outstanding.

Just wanted to say a big thank you Just wanted to say a big thank you to the brilliant staff at Lords Sewing and thank them so much for sorting out my embroidery machine. I highly recommend any one using a Brother Machine and in need of a service or help with any problem to get in touch they are so friendly and helpful. I have had problem for some time using the larger hoops on my Brother V7. No matter what design or fabric, no mater what stabilisers or wash away I used I just couldn’t stitch out a full pattern all the way through. This only happened using the two larger hoops the small hoops were fine. The only way to explain it was as though my machine hoop was bumping into something and the stitches just went off the pattern but it definitely wasn’t bumping into anything. I had a chat with staff and they suggested I send in a video of what was happening. I did this and after seeing the video they asked me to sent the embroidery carriage to them. Within a few days I had a lovely phone call to tell me they have sorted and replaced a part and it’s now stitching 100%. I was amazed and couldn’t believe it after all this time it’s like have a new embroidery machine. Thank you again

Excellent company. Very helpful staff and very good pricing. I was searching the internet including Amazon and eBay for the best prices on Brother Embroidery Hoops. Obviously being a niche product, there are not too many options. The products are not very well numbered so it's easy to get the wrong ones if you're not sure. I found this company had the best prices and called them to ask questions about which were the correct items and if they were original Brother products. They couldn't have been more helpful showing knowledge and understanding without trying to hard sell me anything. I shopped on line at their website and that was easy too. I did call once more to double check the products were the exact correct make for my model and speaking to a different person, who was just as helpful and attentive as the first person. I spent £168 and the purchase was delivered quicker than expected with no postage charge and all wrapped up very well. I will undoubtedly be buying from them again.
