New sewing machine - good experience with Lords Ordered a fairly basic Brother sewing machine from Lords, and was surprised to see it turn up at miday the next day. It was well packed, and arrived safely. First impressions are that it's a considerable improvement on the 70s lump it replaced. Thanks Lords, and it's a pleasure to buy from a small family firm rather than a giant multinational.

The service and customer service here is some of the best I’ve ever received 🤍 I’d researched a machine but still had a few questions, Kirsty was fantastic - very knowledgable, helpful and honest. She listened to me and understood my what I needed, all of my queries were answered quickly and nothing seemed like too much trouble I ended up purchasing a machine & accessories, delivery was prompt and I was kept informed of the progress. Even afterwards I rang for some advice (user error!) and again Kirsty was brilliant. I cannot recommend this company enough, do not hesitate to buy from them! 😍
