GBA Mag With No Lag! The online "delivery" of the magazine I subscribe to has always been on time and relatively trouble free. When I ran into a problem with a renewal, they were prompt, helpful and fixed the issue in less than a day. The one thing I would suggest is being able to store a credit card on their site instead of having to renew and re-enter the details every year. An auto renewal option would be helpful.

ZAHappy customer I have always been very happy with the Magzter App and the selection of magazines available here in South Africa. The real test for me is how a company responds when there are issues. I can only say that Christy from the Magzter support team is amazing. She was quick to respond, professional and arranged fixing the problem within a very reasonable time. Can highly recommend. Not sure why there are reviews saying this is a scam ... not my experience at all and I have been using Magzter for years.

GBWatch charges made on your account Ordered a one year subscription to Magzter Gold on November 12, 2023 at cost of $99.99. Six days later Magzter started billing me for $9.99 per MONTH and continues to charge $9.99 per MONTH. Could not find actual costs on website. Clicking "Manage your subscription" takes you to a page that no longer exists. Would have ended up costing me over $200 per year had I not brought the double billing to their attention. Finally found email address for customer service so sent message asking about charges. Got response telling me subscriptions are auto renewal unless cancelled and that refund was being issued for the 3 monthly charges. No apologies or explanations, but did get refund. Great site if you like to read a lot of magazines, but I am canceling when the year subscription expires because I find I just don’t use it enough.

JPHad a trouble with app,customer support was great I had trouble with iPhone app, like I could not find subscription plan without family sharing after I cancelled free subscription and tried to subscribe a plan without family sharing again. Though all problem were solved with customer support. -1 is for app. There are lots of mentions for Christy, who was amazing and my support as well,are there other customer support? I subscribed “Mollie Makes” I used to read stopped to issue its app in Japan. If you speak English with no problem,you will have no problems.
