A Mag With No Lag! The online "delivery" of the magazine I subscribe to has always been on time and relatively trouble free. When I ran into a problem with a renewal, they were prompt, helpful and fixed the issue in less than a day. The one thing I would suggest is being able to store a credit card on their site instead of having to renew and re-enter the details every year. An auto renewal option would be helpful.

Great product and efficient service This is the third year in a row where I have subscribed Magzter. I really find their gold plan value for money. With access to a wide range of publications and news papers it's an ideal solution for my need to stay updated. Also have experienced prompt support to resolve a payment issue that caused a duplicate charge. Overall very happy with the service and product. Kudos..!

Eventually problem resolved… Eventually problem resolved satisfactorily. However,was a bit alarmed that Magzter had to ask me to send them copies of info they had sent me(invoices etc) to solve problem. A “technical glitch” was blamed. (People very courteous,by the way
