JPHad a trouble with app,customer support was great I had trouble with iPhone app, like I could not find subscription plan without family sharing after I cancelled free subscription and tried to subscribe a plan without family sharing again. Though all problem were solved with customer support. -1 is for app. There are lots of mentions for Christy, who was amazing and my support as well,are there other customer support? I subscribed “Mollie Makes” I used to read stopped to issue its app in Japan. If you speak English with no problem,you will have no problems.

AUFantastic customer support experience. What a fantastic customer support experience! 5 star all the way. I wanted to extend my current Magzter Gold subscription and reached out to Magzter support. Within hours I had a response including a "click to pay" link and a lower price than I had expected! I paid this invoice and forwarded the receipt back to Magzter support and within hours my subscription had been extended by 12 months. I'm an extremely happy subscriber!

HRScammers Scammers! Automatic renewals by default with no chances of refunds (as stated in Terms and Conditions). Wonder how it aligns with European Consumer Rights (I'll TLDR it for you - it doesn't). Subscription management made as hard as possible (you have to send them emails i.e. push and pull with them). One of my use cases - payed a year subscription, magazine stopped issuing, can't get a refund, and of course, they tried to renew it (if bought via Apple Store, you have to manually cancel it from your Apple account, otherwise, they'll charge you for non existing mag infinitely). Stay away!!!

GBPleased with subscription I have a three-year subscription. I'm pleased with it. There is a variety of health, gardening, and home improvement magazines that I enjoy reading. There drawbacks, however. There are some magazines that are inappropriate and geared toward an adult audience. I was about to cancel my subscription. I didn't want to see them, even as popups. Then, I found a way to block them on my settings and changed it. Also, you need to change the language to English. Some issues are from years ago. Overall, I'm happy with my subscription.
