GBHad what others did not Looked everywhere for two Bose F1 Model 812 carry bags, but even Bose didn’t have any in stock. Called AMS to verify they not only sold the bags but actually had them in stock. The sales staff assured me they did and the bags were shipped to us in FL that day. They arrived quickly so we had them to protect our investment before our first concert. Excellent experience. Will definitely use AMS again.

GBNo attempt to fix my issue My package was delivered while I was on vacation. When I returned I searched for my packages everywhere leasing office & neighbors, with no success. I called AMS to let them know that I had not received my package and was essentially told that it was delivered to the right address and there was nothing that could be done and I am still responsible for paying the equipment I never got. I will NEVER order from them again!

GBgood company bad checkout process good company. Crappy website/ checkout process. I don't want to waste time explaining the issues with the checkout process. But I will ask: why show the billing address only, when in the cart? I had an issue with an amp being sent to the wrong address, because it takes the next page over to confirm the delivery address.

GBGreat gear at great prices!! I bought an Apogee Duet 3 w/dock and Morley Hum Exterminator. I use them with a pair of Adam Audio A7V and SVS SB-3000 for my computer audio setup. Everything sounds great for gaming and my daily Nine Inch Nails jam sessions. My neighbors might not like it very much, but I don't care!! LOL!
