GBgood company bad checkout process good company. Crappy website/ checkout process. I don't want to waste time explaining the issues with the checkout process. But I will ask: why show the billing address only, when in the cart? I had an issue with an amp being sent to the wrong address, because it takes the next page over to confirm the delivery address.

GBLack of communication I recently submitted an order through AMS that I ended up canceling. I ordered a mixer through them and I noticed that they were taking a while to process it. I originally called to speak about the issue to which they said the order was still processing and I would get an email when it shipped. No other information was shared with me other than that. The following day I emailed them again asking when the product would ship, it was then that they said they had an issue with getting the authorization from my bank after already charging me. It was then that I decided to cancel my order as they had no problem taking a charge for $1200, but at no point was I contacted about any issues. If I hadn't reached out myself, they would have sat with my money and my purchase.
