Other client tried to pay through HiGlobe and couldn't, they don't accept wire. It was a waste of precious time. Don't waste your time. Edit: They said my account didn't comply, but they waited until I received my payment to cause me such big troubles. Don't waste your time with this company. I don't know why they are talking about international wires in their reply here. Never mind, just be aware they don't seem to know much what they are doing.

Converted amount don't match with displayed value I was doing a withdraw from U$ to R$ and the U$ amount converted to R$ using the given displayed rate don't match with the R$ displayed amount. Using the U$ amount (minus Higlobe exchange fee) multiplied by the given exchange rate resulted in a number bigger then the R$ amount displayed.
