MXNeed to have every transfer manually received and approved. Why do I have to "write a receipt" that higlobe must approve before I get my money? If you just wait it out the money gets there, but still it makes no sense for them to "approve" me receiving my money from already vetted sources. Also the website has been crashing a lot last week. I get the feeling that this website is mexican-owned but there's no clear information online nor on their website. Wonder how much gets shared with the mexican tax authority.

BRThere was a little bit easy open the… There was a little bit easy open the account, but I believe that it would be easier if there were illustrations next to the texts and also more details about the necessary documents and amounts charged before starting the process of creating the registration. I think if Higlobe has an app it will be even better, beacuse will be more easy to get into the account and could make notifications appear advertizing about new transations

BRAmazing support buuut The experience with support are incredible! But the platform isn’t good. A lot of times I received success messages on my transactions but they failed. I understand that the process need to validate some informations, but I believe that you guys can automate some things during this process to make the clients lifes more easy and fast. What makes me continue make transactions with you is the low taxes and the amazing support that you guys have.
