The book was defaced when I received it. The Kissing Hand is a wonderful children's book that every parent should read with their child/grandchildren. I know that I purchased a used copy which I do quite often - the words never change after somebody else has read them. I am sorely disappointed that this book was defaced when I received it. A child's (previous owner's) name was scrawled in blue felt-tipped marker across the inside of the front cover. Shame on you for allowing a product in that condition to be sent. /r

Great customer service My packages got lost in the mail and they were very helpful and responsive with keeping me updated with tracking numbers and finally replacing some books that were ultimately undeliverable. Also, with the free shipping over $9 dollars and frequent coupon codes, it's a very affordable place to stock up on books! The website is a little clunky, but it's worth it.

Wrong order received but good customer service I ordered an engineering text book and received a children story instead. It is my first time buying from Discover books and I am truly unhappy about it. I tried contacting the customer service. We will see if they respond. Edit: the customer service responded quite fast. They apologized for the error and I got a refund for my order as they didn’t have the book anymore. So I moved my rating experience from 1 to 3 stars due to their good customer service. I think I will give discoverbooks another chance with a new order. Hope I won’t get the wrong order next time!

SCAM Clearly, a fraudulent enterprise. They take your money, make up stories about the delivery and never come through with the product. DO NOT SHOP HERE....

I absolutely love Discover Books I absolutely love Discover Books! Even the books in the lower rated conditions were in good shape! I found books that I have been looking for and couldn't find at a very good price! I've already recommended this site to people and will continue to do so! I'm very happy with my experience! Also I received my order very quickly which in this day and age is an accomplishment in itself!
