FRWrong order received but good customer service I ordered an engineering text book and received a children story instead. It is my first time buying from Discover books and I am truly unhappy about it. I tried contacting the customer service. We will see if they respond. Edit: the customer service responded quite fast. They apologized for the error and I got a refund for my order as they didn’t have the book anymore. So I moved my rating experience from 1 to 3 stars due to their good customer service. I think I will give discoverbooks another chance with a new order. Hope I won’t get the wrong order next time!

GBSCAM Clearly, a fraudulent enterprise. They take your money, make up stories about the delivery and never come through with the product. DO NOT SHOP HERE....

GBThe book was defaced when I received it. The Kissing Hand is a wonderful children's book that every parent should read with their child/grandchildren. I know that I purchased a used copy which I do quite often - the words never change after somebody else has read them. I am sorely disappointed that this book was defaced when I received it. A child's (previous owner's) name was scrawled in blue felt-tipped marker across the inside of the front cover. Shame on you for allowing a product in that condition to be sent. /r

GBClosed. But continued to take orders. Discover Books continued to take orders as a marketplace seller through a major retailer as late as March 14. But evidently they had closed operations on March 11. And now Discover Books will not answer queries about refunds or the missing orders. Dishonest.
