Horrible website and customer support Horrible website and customer support. It’s impossible to get anyone to actually respond. From finding out the status of credits THEY issued for me on cancelled items, from finding out the status of missing items..,this company makes it impossible to get any help outside of a horrible automated system. Will never buy from this website again. Also..these products are cheaper on other sites, with far better customer support.

Have had nothing but positives here Have had nothing but positives here. Protected shipping, usually quick ship, and bright shirt prints. The shirt sizing sometimes is a bit different but all the shirts I have from the site and from conventions have been great! Quick customer service emails to help answer your questions but sometimes a non robot touch would be nice. Support the small businesses as the big ones just churn out garbage anymore.

I preordered a Pinhead figure a couple… I preordered a Pinhead figure a couple months ago and just got it in today. I am familiar with how preorders work and also had checked out reviews of horrormerch and also their restock list. This was my first purchase and they definitely took care of me. I had contacted their support and it told me where to look for updates. I also received automated updates as well. In seeing these negative reviews I will say Im glad horrormerch proved them wrong. No issues with my shipment and everything was packed well. Some of these reviewers need to just stop being trolls.

Theft - Don't Waste Your Money I paid a hefty amount for preorder items in May 2023. These items were not fulfilled. Per the company's 180-day policy, I received an email in November stating that I'd receive a refund. Two months later, no refund and no responses to my emails. I will be registering more complaints about this company until they refund my money. In the meantime, save your money and get your horror fix elsewhere. Follow-up to merchant's response: horrormerch.com, if you had done the right thing and issued a refund as promised, I wouldn't have had to resort to a credit card chargeback. Severely disappointed with your customer service.
