From finding out the status of credits THEY issued for me on cancelled items, from finding out the status of missing items..,this company makes it impossible to get any help outside of a horrible automated system. Will never buy from this website again. Also..these products are cheaper on other sites, with far better customer support.

Noticed the hate here, but if you understand they aren't Walmart and they actually take care of you, you'll get your merch as soon as it's printed! Definitely purchasing again, esp from a small business during the holiday season! Thanks again!!!
