Very impressed I had erroneously given the wrong delivery address on my order. Sarah promptly addressed the problem and got it changed. Very courteous, professional and detailed. I am impressed with her diligence.

I was worried about ordering something… I was worried about ordering something internationally so soon before Christmas but Doreen made the experience so easy. She was super attentive and put in a word in to the warehouse to ship out a day early. I really appreciate how helpful she was and she kept me updated with shipping and delivery time. If I ever have an issue when ordering from here again I hope I get Doreen again!!

Company has a lot of issues My item's official Hollywood Memorabilia hologram comes up invalid on their website. I contacted them and was told it was a system issue and to email pictures. Every email, with or without pictures, was rejected by their email system. I contacted them again and was told the email problem is an issue they're working on (but not one they bothered to mention when they said to send them an email). That company certainly has a lot of issues.

Purchased an item from Hollywood… Purchased an item from Hollywood memorabilia, loved the item but really didnt love the £50 tax and duties invoice i received after a month with no warning. Extra costs of delivery, shipping and then tax and duties, the items weren't as good a deal as originally thought
