FEDEX had trouble the way the package… FEDEX had trouble the way the package was prepared. Tyler or Taylor corrected this very quickl. Package was delivered the next day after the problem was found. My experience with this company continues to be very good!

Very impressed I had erroneously given the wrong delivery address on my order. Sarah promptly addressed the problem and got it changed. Very courteous, professional and detailed. I am impressed with her diligence.

Do NOT purchase from Hollywood… Do NOT purchase from Hollywood Memorabilia!! I purchased an item that the description was incorrect. Was told I would receive a refund when they received the item back. NEVER got my refund and they have the item back up for sale (with the correct description now)

Shelby provided great customer service! Shelby did a great job helping me out with my order!! I purchased my item on September 6th for a September 30th birthday but I didn't notice until mid September it wouldn't be shipped until October 15th. I contacted the website to pay for updated shipping & Shelby was incredibly helpful getting my order to me in time. Today is the birthday & I am so excited to give this gift!
