GBDJI Phanton 4 Pro+ V2.0… I ordered my DJI Phanton 4 Pro+ V2.0 drone from Drone World on 12/8/18. My card was charged, and like many of the reviews I received no promised confirmation email, and they did not answer my email and phone inquiries. Just now on Christmas Eve, the UPS man delivered my drone. So I'm happy, I just wish the company was easier to deal with communication wise.

GBI'll definitely be returning The website is easy to navigate, the phone conversations were pleasant and informative, the prices are unbeatable for what you get. I know, I spent three days comparing every other drone site there was. Everything they have to offer from product to service is top shelf. I'll definitely be returning to further grow my drone inventory.

GBI've purchased 10 drones the purchases… I've purchased 10 drones the purchases was at different times & each time I ordered everything was great & we received the drones earlier than expected I highly recommend Drone World they have been very helpful to my hobby business.

GBPoor super poor customer service Poor super poor customer service, bought a drone a week ago they havent even shipped it. I keep writting emails to see what happened NO ANSWER. They CS PHONE # takes you to straight voicemail ALWAYS. Very Very bad experience, if it wasnt by the other reviews I would be worried Ive been scammed!!!!

GBThey corrected their recent mistakes. Easy 5 stars My experience with drone world over the past month has not been ideal. However, I spoke with the operations manager recently and he explained why their shipments and response times have been lacking. They treated me in a professional manner and understand people are frustrated right now. All I can say is trust this company, they proved they still deserve my business. After they fixed the issues I was having I have nothing but good things to say.
