Poor super poor customer service Poor super poor customer service, bought a drone a week ago they havent even shipped it. I keep writting emails to see what happened NO ANSWER. They CS PHONE # takes you to straight voicemail ALWAYS. Very Very bad experience, if it wasnt by the other reviews I would be worried Ive been scammed!!!!

The Service at Drone World! While there are plethora of benefit with the DJI Google Racing Edition, this review will be more toward the overall company at Drone World. Professional Company Had trouble completing order online, called Drone World which help me through the issue. Ordered arrived within 7 days, I purchased a package which a couple items were missing. I emailed the company that night and got a response the next morning. The next day the items ere shipped to me. Highly recommend, very professional, will do more business with them in the near future.

Incomplete Order with No Response, Poor Service I ordered a Tello drone package with three batteries, a charger, Tello drone, GameSir controller and bag on 11/26/2018. I asked by email and phone for delivery estimates, with one response that they were waiting for the controller. I finally received shipment 12/19/2018, short two batteries with a note that the backordered batteries would be shipped in one week. I have not received the batteries and no response from multiple phone and email requests for update. Drone-World prices are no brgain, Shop Elsewhere!

I've really lost my patience with… I've really lost my patience with Drone World, they contracted on Wednesday promised ship that day ,didn't happen. I waited, and gave them another chance, promised over night shipping didn't happen. These people are just flat out liars. Beware of Drone World, beware of Drone World.
