Professional Company Had trouble completing order online, called Drone World which help me through the issue. Ordered arrived within 7 days, I purchased a package which a couple items were missing. I emailed the company that night and got a response the next morning. The next day the items ere shipped to me. Highly recommend, very professional, will do more business with them in the near future.

i own 3 drones i decided to buy one (a… i own 3 drones i decided to buy one (a 4th one the pro 4v2) from drone world with the remote upgrade and a wraparound they are full of lies and bad costumer services first of the wrap came off it looked like a child did it when emailed them they said use a hot gun to put it back Really??! is that why i paid full list price + $100 , now about their 300 dollar range extender its BS dose not work . i got way more range on my mavic with regular remote i am really unhappy and will not buy from them again!!!!

I rated a 4 only because of the order… I rated a 4 only because of the order place to shipped length of time. I called after 3 weeks to find out the order was lost in the system. Also, when I ordered my drone, on a Monday morning it went into a shipped status but hadn't shipped through the carrier. I missed out on an outdoor wedding shoot which would have paid for half of the drone package. Your brand seems to be of high quality, but getting it out the door to the customer definately could use improvement.

DJI Phanton 4 Pro+ V2.0… I ordered my DJI Phanton 4 Pro+ V2.0 drone from Drone World on 12/8/18. My card was charged, and like many of the reviews I received no promised confirmation email, and they did not answer my email and phone inquiries. Just now on Christmas Eve, the UPS man delivered my drone. So I'm happy, I just wish the company was easier to deal with communication wise.

Buyer confandance .. I received my new Spark Fly More Combo from Drone-World and I,m very happy wwith the service I received. There were a few items missing from my shipment that were shown in the overview picture, I haven’t contacted , Drone-World regarding matter yet I sure they will make it right . Happy customer!!!
