GBOnly half of the order quantity was… Only half of the order quantity was shipped. The item qty listed was 2 sets, the order arrived with only 1. No backorder qty was listed. Customer service resolved the issue when I called, and shipped the remaining item promptly. I noted the MicroMark price was double the sellers pkg listed price, and shipping charge was about 2x normal. Unless I can't find alternative source, I probably won't use this site again.

GBCreeper Creeper. Don't waste your money if you are looking for anything other than a roll around platform to use on hard surface only and want to have your head inclined about 4 inches. Made of particle board, so if you put pressure on an awkward point, it can break on you. Hinge point is fabric, not a metal hinge. Release lever for up and down can be knocked by accident and you will go flat in a heartbeat. Most of their products are great, but this one just isn't.

GBBroad Selection with hard-to-find tools The tool selection is really broad, though some groups seem a bit on the pricey side. however, they are often the ONLY source for good quality tools intended for small scale work. The shipping is very quick, and the website purchase was smooth and trouble free. my order arrived timely and was well packaged. I've already reccomended them countless times for tools you can't find other places...

No notifications; except 2 texts that you wanted me BACK ! Seems you have alot of charrasma !

GBWorst Vendor Ever I'm an exhibits coordinator for a museum. I have unfortunately been using MicroMark for 20+ years from when I started as a tech. Somehow there is always a problem. Shipping methods and web fulfillment from the horse-and-buggy era is the biggest problem, but the customer service is terrible in trying to get anything fixed. We literally get parts from Japan faster (and more accurate). We had almost every MicroLux tool in-house- and switched to Proxxon (same thing) due to the ineptitude of getting stuff from MicroMark. It's almost a joke in production meetings, and Payable has to always fix something wrong with an order or mystery shipping costs.
