GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service! My mini-jigsaw has a very tiny screw that fell out and I could not find it (working over gravel on a windy day). It isn't a easily replaceable size. They sent me a replacement with no charge. This is customer service. I have a similar issue with another product/supplier and they'll sell me the replacement part for a very low price, but want $15 to ship it! That is not customer service. Thank you Micro-Mark for understanding your products AND your customers!

GBWorst Vendor Ever I'm an exhibits coordinator for a museum. I have unfortunately been using MicroMark for 20+ years from when I started as a tech. Somehow there is always a problem. Shipping methods and web fulfillment from the horse-and-buggy era is the biggest problem, but the customer service is terrible in trying to get anything fixed. We literally get parts from Japan faster (and more accurate). We had almost every MicroLux tool in-house- and switched to Proxxon (same thing) due to the ineptitude of getting stuff from MicroMark. It's almost a joke in production meetings, and Payable has to always fix something wrong with an order or mystery shipping costs.

GBMy rating is for the quality of product… My rating is for the quality of product purchased not the customer service. I ordered a power unit for LED light string. The power cord, which plugs into 110V AC was not prewired into the power unit by the manufacturer. It needed to be connected to two screw terminals separated by a small divider and covered by a flimsy plastic cover. I consider this an unsafe product and returned it. They refunded my purchase minus the original shipping cost in a reasonable amount of time. I would their customer service 5 stars.

GBBaby's micromark night light stopped… Baby's micromark night light stopped working after two months.So much for their products being synonymous with top quality !

GBBought a MicroLux Airbrush performed… Bought a MicroLux Airbrush performed the first time I used it, but not the second. Had problems withe the trigger, let off, air compressor air would continue to flow out the nozzle. Tried contacting MicroMark Tech support no one answers, left voice messages, sent email, no response. Finally, talked to sales and got a manger. Manager told me to send it in. I sent it in got it back within a week I received it back with paper work telling me the item is on back order and a new one is going to be sent. No where on the paper work did it say the item was fixed. Waited a month 1/2 and called. Got the run around, the person I talked to said he talked to the tech and item was fixed. He told me to try it, and if there is still a problem, give a call back and they will send me a new one. I tried it and it was still not working properly. Called back, talked to someone else, explained the everything again, he intern gave me the run around, did not want to honor what the last gentleman had told me, was going to put me through to a manager, and of course he hung up. MicroMark does not want to honor the warranty of products that have their name on it.
