This company preys on the elderly This company preys on the elderly. My grandfather ordered one coin and was sent 3, at $104.41/ea. We called and “their systems were down”, seems sketchy. Surprised there has not been a class action lawsuit against this predatory company, you can’t charge people for what they didn’t order. Funny enough we had sent back items before with a request to cease, however my grandpa got this invoice again. It appears others are suffering at the hands of this company, hopefully they are shut down ASAP before more grandparents are preyed upon.

Overpriced goods-forced membership As many folks before - my wife liked the Commander in Chief GIG4Kart and we ordered - and were tricked onto Registered Collector status ??? The price we paid seemed high, but then we started receiving invoices for some ten times MORE money! I requested to stop our Registered Collector status, take us off the list, stop sending harassing invoices - email June 24, registered letter June24 - so far no reaction.Acc # 033304424; John Pawlowski. The service they offer over the… The service they offer over the telephone is really helpful , the ladies that work the phones are very knowledgeable and try their best to help you , they are friendly , it is a pleasure to call in my order. Everyone that I have talked to has been helpful and friendly. I go on the website and view coins that I am interest in. I'm new at coin collecting so when I call in , these ladies do help me, I get mail from American Mint that keeps my interest , I get offers from other coin companies but I like the service and the people at American Mint

I give American Mint 5 Stars I give American Mint 5 Stars. A truly wonderful organization with outstanding personnel handling accounts. The 5th star came down because my last bill pay out did not arrive to the Mint soon enough even though it departed my house the day after it arrived. I realize that Christmas postal traffic can be a problem and that mail reaching your fine Mint might not rapidly get to the office of deposits with two 3 day holiday weekends. I immediately wrote a check to you for another superior purchase and sent my proof that the tardy bill was paid. Now with Friday the day I got the notice it probably will not leave Orlando until after Monday. But, my response is in the mail.
