Waste of time. I should've looked at the buying options before spending hours perfecting my miniature. I played around with paints a lot to get it to be just right, thinking I could get it to look at least a little bit like that when buying the final product. But, no, the colored, printed version is atrocious! I really don't see the point in having all these glossy paints if I'll have to paint it myself.

Extremely disappointed with the quality… Extremely disappointed with the quality of the mini. The paint job was faded and sloppy. It was so bad I repainted the mini myself. The print quality of the plastic is horrendous. I've bought custom 3d models from other companies and I've NEVER seen this kind of crap quality before. My figure is covered in print lines giving it a blurry look. To make matters worse, they responded with a 10 day return policy... almost 3 weeks after I received the mini. What a worthless company.

Hero Forge steals your credit card info They use your credit card details to subscribe without asking, and have no way of cancelling subscription. I had to block all payments on my credit card. They are a scam site basically

The colours are wildly off The colours are wildly off. The metallic and gold plate armour is kinda flesh coloured. And a piece of the miniature had broken off in transport, and support never responded to that. A 2/5 star rating is given because I could design a miniature that I couldn't get anywhere else

Really pleased with mine Really pleased with mine. A lot of the reviewers seem to have issues with shipping times, but mine arrived in just over two weeks, which is great and much sooner than expected. I splurged for the colored plastic model, and it looks great. I would have given it five stars, but I felt like when it renders it for you on the site, it adjusts the colors to show how it'll look, but it doesn't account for the quality of some of the finer details. So what I received wasn't exactly how it looked on the site, but I'm still really impressed. I would definitely go through Hero Forge again for my next miniature.
