Excellent service Have been purchasing cd's, dvd's, blu-rays and games from Second Spin for over 5 years now. Ordering, check out and payment are easy. On-time delivery. On the rare (and it has been rare) occasion where something has not been 100% on an item, customer service has been exceptional, max response time 24 hours and usually quicker, and it has been made right for me, no fuss, no complicated processes. Love these guys. Highly recommend. * To avoid extra cost (taxes and duty into Canada), I often make an order a few weeks before a trip to the States and have the delivery made to the friend, hotel or business I will be visiting.

Every DVD I've purchased in the past four years has been from Secondspin most other companies charge twice as much and offer half what Secondspin offers, and they only have one tenth the inventory. Unethical Scam Artists I wish I had read some of the reviews before sending my CDs to them. I sent 2 copies of several CD's as their website allows when you are creating your trade-in request. Once they received them, they only paid for 1 copy of the CDs I sent. Thus keeping about 10 CDs and not paying for them. (I was promised $30 for these and got nothing) What a scam and rip-off. If it was any more money involved, I would escalate, but not worth it and they know this and will continue to rip people off in the same manner. Unethical Scam Artists

SecondSpinDisc is one of the worst… SecondSpinDisc is one of the worst companies I've ever bought from. They shipped me the wrong disc inside the correct CD case and refused to correct their problem. They have no "customer service" even though I e-mailed them almost ten times trying to rectify this. I would warn anyone considering dealing with them to do so at their own peril. I, myself, will never deal with these thieves again!

These people pay crap for DVDs...their… These people pay crap for DVDs...their customer service doesnt respond well to questions...i ended up contacting them at least 8 times cause i couldnt get a straight answer...Their shipping reimbursement criteria is asinine to meet...so pretty much i was going to sell roughly 200 dvds and was gonna get 0 reimbursement for shipping which was gonna cost me at least 20 to 25 bucks for all my orders....and for the dvds themselves i think it came to about 45 bucks and it took me roughly 19 hours to do everything the correct way.... WASTE of my TIME and EFFORT These people rob you of whatever youre selling!!!!
