GBI just started using this company about… I just started using this company about 8 months ago to purchase CDs that I wanted to own after listening to apple music streaming services, especially jazz and other hard to find items. I enjoy having the artifact, the better quality sound and the liner notes. I have bought around 50 or so CDs. Only 2 discs have had issues and one time the wrong CD was in the correct package. Each of these times, the company responded within 24 hours and resolved the situation quickly and to my satisfaction. They have done an excellent job. Keep in mind you are buying a used product and the pricing and product that you receive reflects that - there is always risk involved. I see a lot of negative reviews on the selling side which I cannot comment on as I have not sold anything to them. My experience has been nothing but positive. I think they are doing a great job and they have one of the best websites of ANY used cd outlet around.

GBPurchased 35 different albums all used great condition Purchased 35 different albums all used and was able to add a promo code to get buy 2 get one for $1. Paid $3.99 for shipping (media mail) all the cds were shipped in 1 day and arrived in 8 days. All the albums but 1 had practically new discs. The case was banged up on 3 out of 35! Which isn’t a big deal. I definitely will purchase more from them. I have never sold cds to them so I can’t review based on the selling side. However Unless the album is rare I wouldn’t sell a cd outside of amazon or eBay.

GBWorked great for me! I don't know why folks are giving Second Spin such bad reviews. I just completed selling several of my 4k and bluray movies to them and it all went very smoothly. I got the shipping refunded that was expected within the limits they said and then got all but $8 of the amount they said I'd probably get back. I got the check quickly and everything was very easy. I'll likely use them again to get rid of more discs very soon.

GBUnscrupulous Robbers It is a shame because this company could have been great but they are sneaky and underhanded. They lure people into selling their CDs by showing them that they will get paid the most over anyplace else. They even duped me into believing this. What they don't tell you is that after they "reject" everything and charge you for jewelcases and "resurfacing" you are getting the worst offering by anyone. Don't forget shipping is not free. they charge you for that too. Don't be fooled by them. Sell your media elsewhere. Seconspin are unscrupulous robbers.

GBUnethical Scam Artists I wish I had read some of the reviews before sending my CDs to them. I sent 2 copies of several CD's as their website allows when you are creating your trade-in request. Once they received them, they only paid for 1 copy of the CDs I sent. Thus keeping about 10 CDs and not paying for them. (I was promised $30 for these and got nothing) What a scam and rip-off. If it was any more money involved, I would escalate, but not worth it and they know this and will continue to rip people off in the same manner. Unethical Scam Artists
