GBI somehow got enrolled in a “reward” program I somehow got enrolled in their $15/mo membership program. They claimed I knowingly signed up but I do NOT enroll for programs, so it was so super fine print. Do NOT accept a rebate, membership, or rewards program!!! They only refunded part of the charges, basically what I would be able to contest with my payment method. I am so disappointed in this “Christian” company. Guess I’m going back to Amazon and Barnes and Nobel.

GBRecurrent shipping delays and excuses. Package indicates shipped on April 6th. 5 days later and two customer service reps, package still hasn’t left CBD warehouse. Told it doesn’t matter...that FedEx isn’t updating their tracking info regularly DUE TO COVID of course! If I don’t receive my item by the 20th, call back so we can look into it...SO FRUSTRATING! I paid for FAST shipping, I want my shipping refunded.

GBI ordered a Vines Expository Bible and did not received anything but an empty package. I ordered a Vines Expository Bible and received a empty package. I had a very hard time to contact a representative regarding this matter (without giving my credit card info). The 1-800-247-4784 is to a company that sells medical devices. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Please stand behind the name CHRISTIANbook.com. I paid through Pay Pal.

GBStraight to the point Straight to the point. This is my first order and last from this business. They charged the amount, and later I received an email saying that my product was on hold until I called them back to verify the billing address. So after they charged to my bank account? Umm, It's crazy. At the end of the day, I requested a cancellation order because I don't have time to be calling for something already processed but on hold. At the moment waiting for the bank returned the pending amount of $13.80 Conclusion: Go to another place to buy to save time. Thanks

GBI got enrolled in a rewards service I… I got enrolled in a rewards service I did NOT authorize and was charged $15/mo for several months before I noticed. Called to cancel and for a “Christian” company the customer service rep was not very kind at all! Will NEVER by from them again!
