I've ordered from them for years and… I've ordered from them for years and the company has went down hill. I've dealt with very rude customer service many times, many packages have arrived damaged (not packed properly), prices are to high, i've ordered a few items that were incorrectly advertised, shipping rates are to high and very slow to arrive. Walmart & Amazon are cheaper with faster service.

One Star, Because I Cannot Give Zero Stars I placed an online order for communion cups on February 1, 2023. The confirmation email said the "item is in stock and ships within 24-48 hours". Today, February 13, I called to check the status of my order and was told my order was cancelled because the product is not available. They said I can order different communion cups instead. I asked for some samples to see if they would work, Allison said they are not allowed to send samples. It took almost two weeks to find out my order was cancelled when it should have shipped within two days. I DO NOT recommend this company.

Nothing but good things to say about Christianbook.com I have been placing orders from Christianbook.com for many years now, and I have always been extremely happy with what I have ordered. They have great products at really good prices, especially when they have sales, which they do frequently. If I am looking for a particular Christian book, CBD almost always has the lowest price. Our local Christian bookstore is now offering price matching so that might mean I will purchase a few more things locally, however, I think CBD has many more products than many Christian bookstores. I am very thankful that I found this company many years ago.

Recurrent shipping delays and excuses. Package indicates shipped on April 6th. 5 days later and two customer service reps, package still hasn’t left CBD warehouse. Told it doesn’t matter...that FedEx isn’t updating their tracking info regularly DUE TO COVID of course! If I don’t receive my item by the 20th, call back so we can look into it...SO FRUSTRATING! I paid for FAST shipping, I want my shipping refunded.

Complete scam artist Complete scam artist. They didn’t do the edits as we asked, they took our money and didn’t refund anything-even though they didn’t provide the services requested. There editors changed our own edits. Who does that? When an author writes a book in first person, it’s different than writing a story. These people could not grasp that concept. I would put your money elsewhere. Nothing Christian about this company!
