GBThey should stand behind the products they sell They are nothing but the middle man, and if you have an issue with something you bought, they will just pass the buck to someone else. They should stand behind the products they sell. yes it does say inside the package to return to manufacturer if their is an issue, but you arent given that information until you open up a P.O.S., then the manufacturer wants you to jump through hoops. Hows about i send it back where i bought it and you deal with the manufacturer. if they are making junk why are you selling it?

GBThe web site software is user friendly The web site software is user friendly. The shipment was incredibly fast. The packaging was excellent. The shipper had clearly dropped the package and actually had torn the outer cardboard box, yet the inner box was fine.

GBOrdered an item late Wednesday night Ordered an item late Wednesday night. Thursday evening around 7 can't find any information on my account about my purchase history or even that I ordered the item. No confirmation email nothing. Yet I call the bank and the payments pending to go through no issues on Banks end. Hopefully this gets cleared up so I don't wait a month for my items!!! Corona or not my order shouldn't even be pending in my bank account until you send a confirmation or even show on your site on my account my order lmfao!!

GBBad experience Bad experience. This place has the worst management in the world. They obviously have something wrong as every 2weeks to 2 months they have new employees. It’s a revolving door it looks like. Iv spent thousands of dollars here and will never spend another dime.
