Sold out of stock/ discontinued item I bought an Eflight F4 on sale for $150 off retail of $469 ($100 less than normal price) and received a confirmation invoice on Dec 2nd. My credit card was charged at that time. I then received an email notice on Dec 3rd stating that it had been back ordered. I called Customer support and was told that they had found one in another warehouse and that it would be shipped as soon as they received it. On Dec 6th I called to check the status and was told that it was sold out and not available.

You have other options, RC Planet is not a company you want to deal with Ordered a gas powered RC car for my son. The car came apart ( pull started and rod that goes into the engine) and because the car was out of the box they forwarded me to the manufacturer, Redcat. Redcat sent a new pull start handle, rope & spring, but the motor rod it attaches to is still not attached to the old one. I let Redcat and RC Planet know about it, Redcat closed the issue on their system and never responded. I call RC Planet a month later and they refer me back to Redcat who wants me to now send the car to them at my expense so that they can repair it and send it back to me. I've requested a replacement (because who wants a repaired car that has never been started) or a refund, RC Planet will not offer a refund. I forwarded information on Redcat to the Better Business Bureau and they have stated that my issue is now permanently closed. This has been going on since February and we're now heading to the end of April. Neither of these companies (Redcat or RC Planet) deserve your business. Shop local when you can and only believe reviews that describe how these companies handle warranty issues, that's the truth of who you're dealing with, RC Planet and Redcat fall way short of being a trusted provider.

Bad experience Bad experience. This place has the worst management in the world. They obviously have something wrong as every 2weeks to 2 months they have new employees. It’s a revolving door it looks like. Iv spent thousands of dollars here and will never spend another dime.
