Horrible experience! Bought a RC Car, turned on worked for about 3 minutes and stopped working. Contact customer support, very difficult to get a hold of. Clearly defective. RC would not accept return as the product was opened. Selling defective products and RC Planet is not standing behind products being sold.

Great service & reasonable prices Great service & reasonable prices, the order process was easy, everything shipped as promised, delivery was quick and before it was expected. Just wish the airplane components would be more durable. But as far as a reseller goes, what more could anyone ask for?

I will be ordering a new body soon,that i can custom paint. Will be purchasing more from you,in the future. EDIT: After receiving a reply to my review,from rc planet... I was unaware that the menu,showing the different colors,wasn't an indication of what color i'd be ordering. My mistake,i guess. I didn't know i had to note a specific color,when ordering. Again,not a big deal,but it is a bit deceiving.

You have other options, RC Planet is not a company you want to deal with Ordered a gas powered RC car for my son. The car came apart ( pull started and rod that goes into the engine) and because the car was out of the box they forwarded me to the manufacturer, Redcat. Redcat sent a new pull start handle, rope & spring, but the motor rod it attaches to is still not attached to the old one. I let Redcat and RC Planet know about it, Redcat closed the issue on their system and never responded. I call RC Planet a month later and they refer me back to Redcat who wants me to now send the car to them at my expense so that they can repair it and send it back to me. I've requested a replacement (because who wants a repaired car that has never been started) or a refund, RC Planet will not offer a refund. I forwarded information on Redcat to the Better Business Bureau and they have stated that my issue is now permanently closed. This has been going on since February and we're now heading to the end of April. Neither of these companies (Redcat or RC Planet) deserve your business. Shop local when you can and only believe reviews that describe how these companies handle warranty issues, that's the truth of who you're dealing with, RC Planet and Redcat fall way short of being a trusted provider.
