GBperformance significantly improved. I initially found the site a bit slow, using fairly fast connection (18.5 Mbps down, 3.6 Mbps up). Retested a few hours later, performance seems much improved, perhaps the issue was resolved.

CAJamplay Review I enjoy the jamplay web site. I find the tools particularly usefull for example the scales tool box are very useful. I think that each user will get out of jamplay what they put into it. Some of the instructors are good some, not so much. I think that jamplay should add a section of instruction on how to play specific songs by catalogue. For example, offer instruction on the Eagles, Beatles, Clapton in order to ensure that each student can access those areas of concern which are important to them as individuals. Other that that, it is a great site.

AUI've been enjoying JamPlay. I've got a little guitar experience, so I'm rolling through the beginner lessons pretty quickly, picking up quite a lot of stuff my face to face teacher didn't cover, or covered much later. It's not just playing by rote, I'm picking up some of the theory I've been missing. My 11 year old son has been trying the kid's lessons, but has found it moving too fast for him, though more patience and practice may have gotten him through this. The patience of a child. What can I say.

AUGood luck on cancellation of the… Good luck on cancellation of the account once you start. I’m still being charged a month after I cancelled my account online. I received an email confirmation stated my account was cancelled. When I tried to contact them directly, I received a automatic reply stating they would be back on Tuesday.

GBThe content is a great value, but the navigation is disastrous. I recently took advantage of their Black Friday sale and signed up for a year (about $8/month). For that price, the sheer volume of content is absolutely a bargain. However, the interface and navigation is just atrocious. Absolute train wreck. Nothing is interconnected or organized in intuitive ways, necessitating an inordinate amount of jumping around and searching for what you need. I'm not going to complain too much, for the money I spent, and I feel that I'll get good use out of the service, but if I'd paid full price I'd be reconsidering my purchase. If the wealth of content were interconnected and clickable, as one would expect in 2021, I'd be giving 5 stars rather than 3. Please overhaul your website and user interface, JamPlay. - Hart
