After a year my Nexus 5X wouldn't turn… After a year my Nexus 5X wouldn't turn on. LG refused to fix it due to 'psychical damage' on the chip. Considering I've never dropped it, never put it in water, and taken very good care of it any damage inside the phone would appear to be caused by poor manufacturing. LG customer services were very irritating and didn't offer any other options.

Claims to have 2 year warranty Claims to have 2 year warranty. But gave me the run around on trying to get my phone into that program. All sorts of info needed after main application was submitted. And when i was asked to give an honest review on their products/service they deactivate email server recipeient of less than 4 star reviews. Thus you get an error message.

ive bought 4 different phones and every… ive bought 4 different phones and every one was garbage , integrated apps you cant removed, i was lied to about specs on advertising poster (false advertisement is still illegal right?) my newest one headphone jack in a bad place,no music app so now i have to sit through ads for my own music , camera has no settings but is set to ad a filter like i am some 15 year old girl,,!!?? wow,,,just wow,,,,ill never buy another phone through them,,please if youre reading this reconsider.

Very helpful service I had an LG phone for a couple of years without issue, and would buy another right now if they still had removable batteries. On the two occasions I contacted support, they were exceptionally polite, and went out of their way to explain the steps I needed to take to achieve my goals.

LG V20 is a very impressive phone that … LG V20 is a very impressive phone that is very underestimated due to lack of marketing and because it hasnt been officially released in the UK. this is the only reason i didnt give 5 stars. killer features include quad dac sound, removable battery, sd card storage, amazing camera and a military grade impact resistance. dont really know what customer service is like as phone hasn't skipped a beat. very happy with it
