Took over 2 months to get my payment… Took over 2 months to get my payment and did not communicate with me at all. If you are not in a rush to receive payment and love bad customer service and no communication, sell your books here.

Fraud I sent my books in March and still haven’t received payment. I have emailed them several times. I did get one response and was told they were behind due to covid 19. I was more than understanding. Now I get no response and the customer service phone number doesn’t work.

Total scam Total scam! They asked if I would take a cheque of $1700 and etransfer it to someone else who was “selling books” when they were only going to give me $90 for mine. I said I wasn’t comfortable transferring that much money and they stopped replying.

due to a "technical error," they wanted… due to a "technical error," they wanted to send me my books back. As a professional book reseller, this almost never happens. they only cost me about $100, but it could've been worse. I will not be working with this company again.

Lost a book lost money One of the three books I sent was deemed "counterfeit" not sure why, but I bought that book for $70 regardless and now they're keeping it for free. Or I could pay for the shipping to basically buy it back which is stupid. I wish there was a better system. Like sending pictures or a video before sending the actual book just in case. Otherwise, I do appreciate the free cost of shipping to them.
