GBTerminating Service I terminated service mid Aug '22. After 5 mos I still don't have my $100 refund! I get a diff story every time I call. It's infuriating. I'm close to giving up.

GBFrustrated Took 5 times to get direct tv set in them they told me I couldn't use my card cause it wasn't a commercial bank good thing I checked cause it took 100 bucks off my card..hot me feeling skeptical now tried asking on if u signed up for direct tv u could get 150 dollar visa card nobody got back with me on that I'm totally new haven't had cable un over 10 years experience trying to set direct tv not good...

GBI Wanted direct TV and internet the rep … I Wanted direct TV and internet the rep from direct TV told me DTV did not have internet in my zip code but VERIZON was a partner with DTV to service the internet the price would be 25$ monthly for the internet he transferred me to VERIZON on the phone and I was told the price was 55$ i feel as if i was lied to so the dtv rep could make a sale i am a dtv customer in my other home in FLORIDA i want dtv also in my home in chicopee MA

GBWhat you are told Was told on phone I could bundle then given number for internet to bundle. But frontier does not partner with direct tv so that was wrong. Was told first month free . Was installed on 18th and charged on 19th and told when I called that that was wrong . I can only assume they you are told anything to sign up!
