ViveDecor.com = SUPERB Amazing customer service. The entire transaction was smooth sailing. I enjoyed everything from their super duper low prices to their super friendly customer service and their lightning fast shipping. I saved them to my favorites and they are my new supplier. We are more than pleased with our 33" Classic Flame Firebox insert. The beautiful flame is great and the heat it puts out is fantastic. We bought the 33EF022GRA firebox and I used to have a Dimplex unit but I am glad I bought a Classic FLame fireplace instead. Classic FLame is by far better than DIMPLEX. HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE. I ordered online a washer machine from ViveDecor. They said it would be delivered between 10-15 days. After 15 days, I was concerned about my delivery. I paid over 1k and still had no details concrete details of where it was, so I called vive. I spoke to the receptionist who was completely unprofessional and SCREAMED at me and hung up the phone when I asked to speak to a manager. After many calls, come to find out, the distributor had closed for 1 week and Vive failed to notify me of the change. Worst part is that I paid for white glove service since I'm a single woman and would not be able to get the machine in myself. When the delivery finally came, the driver refused to deliver it inside! I ended up having to send it back and have it redelivered the next day and had to pay $100 to have two guys help me bring it in!! Vive did not reimburse me. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$ ON A HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

Dont order from this company I made a … Dont order from this company I made a first call to the company to find out if they had a tracking number for me amd the lady who answered said I called a wrong number. I checked the website and called the listed.number and a man answered and said to "Go to he77" then proceeded to tell me "Dont call back dog timmad" then humg up. All I had said was hello is this Vivedecor I will be contacting my credit card company. Bad experience

Scam company! This is a rip off company! I placed an order on Friday, at 5:47pm and sent a email and follow up call to cancel the order at 5:57pm on the same day!! Then today ( Monday--first work day of the week) I called and spoke with Chris telling him to cancel the order. He told me he have to call me back and I never heard from him after several additional calls and emails yet, the company charged my credit card this morning!! Rip off scam company that just wants to exploded people! Never do business with this company!!!

ViveDecor is a nightmare ViveDecor is fraudulent, and the most rude, and irresponsible business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They shipped me a dehumidifier that I did not order, instead of the one I had ordered. It took multiple calls to get somebody to finally pick up their phone. This person (Chris) treated me with disrespect, yelling, talking over me, and finally hanging up the phone on me. I also filled out the contact form online, but never received a reply. After almost 3 months, I received a threatening email from Jake Morton asking me to send the dehumidifier back within 48 hours OR they would send me to Collections. A ridiculous threat as they had nothing to collect (my credit card had given me full credit). Stay away from this fraudulent business!
