While I enjoy its addictive gameplay, unresolved issues with unauthorized charges and unfulfilled promises, such as bonus spins for friend referrals, have left me frustrated. For instance, despite guiding my 70-year-old grandmother through the referral process and her completing the second village, the promised spins never arrived. When I contacted customer support for clarification, their response was dismissive and I never got the free spins. I saw others have had the same issue.
