Whereas the actual music is great, the films leave a lot to be desired.I ordered a number of films and discovered one doesn’t have subtitles/closed captioning, as I have a significant hearing loss this an issue. When I complained I was given a link to a list which I was told I should have checked before ordering. I'm not psychic! This list is not available anywhere on the iTunes site. I now go to Amazon (UK) where it tells you if there are subtitles/closed captions and if they've accidentally marked it wrongly or you accidentally purchased it then you can ask for and get an immediate refund.

GBNo refunds for recommended solution Not only can i not make the purchase I want, but adding itunes credit (which turned out to be a recommended solution) isn't refundable, and having 1p left over meant two purchases went into itunes credit, both apparently unable to be refunded. Support was pretty much useless, the live chat wanted a phone call, which I didn't want to do even without not knowing how long it would go on for. Waste of time really.

CAA lot of my mates prefer to use… A lot of my mates prefer to use android, and other music platforms like Spotify and Soundcloud. But I actually enjoy using itunes and Apple music with my iPhone. The pricing is the same as Spotify, but the music quality is much better, and the playlist setup is much more organized. When I've tried Spotify, I was super confused by the setup and it all seemed messy and unorganized. So I prefer to use itunes, and Apple music.

GBWhy do they even exist This guys unbelievable - after speaking to them I realised why I hate Apple so much, I had any issue with my gift card. they said they would helped me and instead of helping they threw me under the bus, with a even bigger issue than I had before. these guys are imbeciles - they call themselves senior advisor/manager and they have no power no skill apart from wasting oxygen. Another reason why we have global warming is because of apple after service all just oxygen burners. one of the most useless companies to grace this earth. Maybe the should go learn customer service skills from places like PayPal.

GBRude, unsympathetic and unaccountable support I needed an invoice and contacted support. I was told it was the wrong support channel and they'd put me through to the right one. They didn't, I was promptly ignored until finally, I got the below response. Do better Apple. Follow through with what you say you will do and if a colleague falls below the expected standard, be a team player and share accountability. Fix the problem, don't pass off the blame. Disappointing that a brand like Apple could put Hinner in a customer-facing role. I wouldn't be surprised if they've outsourced their support abroad. 'Thanks for contacting us. This is Hinner again from the Apple Care Email Advisor Team. This case will be closed now as you keep contacting the wrong support channel. Future emails about this case will not be answered.'
