But when trying to copy files from the iphone to my Windows 10 PC, it seems to be an impossible task. Itunes is created for song listeners, not creators. I understand mine is not a typical situation, most users buy songs as a product. Still, I could use a little bit more freedom and flexibility with my own songs. The Help file does not help at all, and Apple customer support could not help me without account authorization. Totally unsatisfied, will buy Android next time. Copying files should be easier than it is.

Issues with iphone x in 2022, latest software says incompatible phone. Reinstallation cannot fix itself, unable to stop required processes in the OS for rebuild of own database. Not worth money, I have stopped wasting money on Iphones, no more.

No refunds for recommended solution Not only can i not make the purchase I want, but adding itunes credit (which turned out to be a recommended solution) isn't refundable, and having 1p left over meant two purchases went into itunes credit, both apparently unable to be refunded. Support was pretty much useless, the live chat wanted a phone call, which I didn't want to do even without not knowing how long it would go on for. Waste of time really.

When I complained I was given a link to a list which I was told I should have checked before ordering. I'm not psychic! This list is not available anywhere on the iTunes site. I now go to Amazon (UK) where it tells you if there are subtitles/closed captions and if they've accidentally marked it wrongly or you accidentally purchased it then you can ask for and get an immediate refund.

Accidental Apple Music purchase After an accidental purchase of an Apple Music subscription, went to report it to reportaproblem.apple.com and was denied twice for my “accidental purchase” request with no reason. If this option is not valid to get a refund why is it even there? Absolutely unacceptable, a big company like this is after small money. Google’s refund policies are 100 times better than this disgusting company.
