GBApple Care-Support is exactly that-Supportive Apple Care-Support is exactly that. They are very supportive in solving any issues with your Apple products, i.e. Macbook Air, iPhone 12, and my Apple watch. Every time I call them they are consistently kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They should receive more positive accolades for the excellent work they do!

GBThey remove music tracks from your library I discovered a music video, I'd purchased, missing from my Itunes library. When I enquired, to Itunes, on the missing track I was told that the content creater had removed the missing track from the platform and that I wasn't entitled to a refund. I was absolutely treated poorly by the customer service agents, one didn't even get back, and denied an alternative such as a free track or a refund. They have removed a music track from my library and didn't even have the decency to inform me that said track had been removed! Not even an apology. Absolutely disgusting attitude from Apple Itunes!

GBWhy does music in my library keep… Why does music in my library keep disappearing? Then I end up repurchasing and don’t say that’s not possible because there are numerous versions of the same song and if you don’t remember which album you initially purchased from, you buy the same song twice. Apple charges outrageous prices for their products and still, it’s not enough. On top of overpricing products for customers, they are thieves! (I’m sure your excuse this time will be I inadvertently deleted them myself)

GBTotally unable to get though to a… Totally unable to get though to a customer support person. Too focussed on not having to spend money on employing staff to deal with customer queries. SO (!!!) frustrating to use when you have a general query that doesn't fit within the 'check box' designated options.

GBSo many things are wrong with iTunes So many things are wrong with iTunes. The first was a computer glitch that charged $17.98 to my debit card enough for over $900 in a matter of seconds--I'm assured by my bank rep, who checked the records, that this was a program error because it happened faster than any human could make orders. Next, they refuse to take the added debit card I want to put on file, saying, "Must be verified". However, despite having my phone number and email, they do not send me a link to verify it. I actively despise Apple products, but have continued to use iTunes but I think I'm taking my business elsewhere.
