Breathtaking Incomptence I find myself driven to write this in exasperation at itunes behaviour. I have a fast, very fast, PC, a Ryzen 5900 with 64mb of ram, running Windows 10 64. It is also very well sorted, all the right bios settings, drivers and firmware. I have a lot of software all running at once, including very big graphic design files using lots of resources, yet the only thing that ever courses it to crash it b***** itunes. And it doesn't just lunch itself, oh no, it's like a full-on throwback to Windows 98 days where the whole system becomes unresponsive until eventually you have to do a hard reset. It's hilarious that Apple peddle themselves as elite, when in reality they are totally inept compared to most other modern software producers.

Totally unnaceptable!! Totally unnaceptable!!! Seriously, no support or feedback mechanisim and preorders cant be cancelled despite the facitlity being available - Honestly this platform should be shut down!

Rude, unsympathetic and unaccountable support I needed an invoice and contacted support. I was told it was the wrong support channel and they'd put me through to the right one. They didn't, I was promptly ignored until finally, I got the below response. Do better Apple. Follow through with what you say you will do and if a colleague falls below the expected standard, be a team player and share accountability. Fix the problem, don't pass off the blame. Disappointing that a brand like Apple could put Hinner in a customer-facing role. I wouldn't be surprised if they've outsourced their support abroad. 'Thanks for contacting us. This is Hinner again from the Apple Care Email Advisor Team. This case will be closed now as you keep contacting the wrong support channel. Future emails about this case will not be answered.'

So many things are wrong with iTunes So many things are wrong with iTunes. The first was a computer glitch that charged $17.98 to my debit card enough for over $900 in a matter of seconds--I'm assured by my bank rep, who checked the records, that this was a program error because it happened faster than any human could make orders. Next, they refuse to take the added debit card I want to put on file, saying, "Must be verified". However, despite having my phone number and email, they do not send me a link to verify it. I actively despise Apple products, but have continued to use iTunes but I think I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Apple with all their devices which need… Apple with all their devices which need Itunes.. Itunes is worst program i used in my life , never ever buying new iphone in my life , iphone got in restore mode and i need to restore it with itunes , when i try to do this program says itunes needs to be updated to latest version , but when i try to update, it says its already latest version of itunes.. worst experience ..
