35 minutes on phone to get 35 minutes on phone to get. service tech. Maui who was the person in the tech dept. is a dolt (idiot) but amazingly hes like most every other rep from Directv. the company is a chit show. ive been with them since you had to PAY to get it installed, 1998ish.

After a bad storm on Friday signal was… After a bad storm on Friday signal was lost. No one could go over the weekend so the appointment was for Monday between 8 am & 12 noon. Call to know status of technician since it was 3 min before 12 and the person waiting at home had to leave. After too many questions to find my account they couldn’t give me an answer, couldn’t find out where or how much longer it was going to be. Then I was passed down to Lilan a manager then to someone else that ended up hanging up on me. Bad customer service

I had DirecTv for 23 years ending in… I had DirecTv for 23 years ending in 2023. The last three years was a constant fight because every three months my cost would go up. I would be told a promotion ended even though I wasn’t under a promotion deal. I continued the service with the understanding my cost wouldn’t go up anymore. Three months later my cost went up because according to DirecTV my promotion ended even though I wasn’t under a promotion deal. I canceled my service and got YouTube Tv for less then 1/2 the cost. The reps with DirecTV is nothing but scammers.

What a scam and nothing but lies in the… What a scam and nothing but lies in the customer service department. My bill was $89 and went up every 2 months. I was told before I dinged up for DirectTV that my price will stay the same till my 2 year contract comes. Not even then my bill was going up. Never again with this craziness company. You can get YouTube TV with more channels and sports channels so much cheaper with no contract. Your bill will never go up. I highly recommend everyone get or do research. I’m not please or happy with DirectTV. Good buy dark gloomy DirectTV and hello YouTube TV.

My 96-year-old grandmother's cable box… My 96-year-old grandmother's cable box burn out and I called to have them repair it or to send something out to fix it and they said it would take 3 to 5 days that they would ship the box to my house and we had to hook it up and call the number to get it started up. This is the worst service I've ever heard of in the cable industry
