Excellent service Excellent service! Let's face it there are a lot of online options out there...but will they send you personally crafted sound clips of the guitar you are interested in? Will they nag FedEx to get their s_it together and deliver the guitar. This is my second guitar from North American and they have made me a life-long customer. I'd give them 10 stars if possible.

TNAG is a store unlike any other... Last week I purchased a beautiful pre-owned Collings C10 from TNAG. It arrived in Montana on Wednesday and it has totally exceeded my expectations. Very fast on responding to questions and concerns I had. I am definitely going to purchase from TNAG if I need a another guitar in the future.
