Excellent service Excellent service! Let's face it there are a lot of online options out there...but will they send you personally crafted sound clips of the guitar you are interested in? Will they nag FedEx to get their s_it together and deliver the guitar. This is my second guitar from North American and they have made me a life-long customer. I'd give them 10 stars if possible.

I had been looking at the B&G Little… I had been looking at the B&G Little Sister for quite a while, but couldn't find anyplace I could try one, or preview before buying. North American Guitar came thru with a relatively large selection, and Jordan Santiago went the extra mile to send additional photos of my favorites to choose from. When prompted, Jordan gave me his opinion of the guitars I had him photo, and I bought the one he recommended. I love it. Shipped promptly, and packed well, the guitar arrived in tune and ready to play. No surprises, just great service.

The Perfect Guitar Buying Experience I can't adequately express my gratitude to Kim at North American guitar for her prompt, warm, knowledgeable handling of my guitar purchase. I was selling another guitar online to purchase the one they had. She gave me advice and was very patient as I worked through the process. If I had a question she answered instantly. When I finally got the guitar from North American, it was just as promised. Frankly, I am still amazed at the outstanding service I got from them. They couldn't--meaning Kim--have treated me better.

All in all All in all, a good experience. So an update to my original post. Justin called me and explained the guitar. Very helpful - and informative - and couldn’t have been nicer. A few idiosyncrasies with the setup but minor details, really, and easily corrected. If I ever have another pile of money burning a hole in my pocket I’ll call these guys for sure!
