I ordered a suit $766.12 - finally write them when suit never arrived- they acknowledged suit was never made- they say they “refunded” my $766.12 and sent me an internal document that says “refunded”- My credit card company says it was NEVER RECEIVED!! -They refuse to provide any “transmittal” to my credit card. Not a company to do business with!!

The initial suit jacket was a little short but the pants fit perfectly. However, after contacting them, a reissued, at no extra cost, a new jacket that now also fit perfectly. An excellent experience that will make order from Sene again!

Compared to other online custom-tailored clothing sites Sene kept me well informed of updates and shipping. And the changes they made from the first revision were perfect!
