I used their intuitive smart fit feature and it was a breeze to go through. They kept in contact throughout the process. The suit itself is extremely comfortable and breathable. Went ahead and ordered a second suit. The shirts also are awesome. Highly recommend.

Don't expect to receive it quickly. Try a different company. Aug 7, 2023 Order the suit - and received confirmation Aug 24, 2023 Suit not arrived - sent requests for update - email said production finished and it's onto the fulfillment center. Expect to ship in 1 week at the latest. No update on the actual tracking site. Sept 4 - Not arrived. Another request. Says it is stuck in the customs for inspection and it will ship within a week. No update on the actual tracking site Sept 11 - Still not received. I had told them in the beginning I needed last Friday for the event this weekend.

"Guaranteed Fit" is NO JOKE! I ordered some custom-fit jeans from Sene, and it was a wonderful experience! Their perfect fit guarantee is no joke! The email communication (from an actual person, as far as I can tell!) walked me through the process, and when I needed alterations (not just once), they were patient and graceful and professional. It did take a bit of back-and-forth, but that is likely more because of my lack of knowledge about the fit process, than any fault of the fit professionals! And now I have jeans that fit perfectly for the first time since middle-age hit and made my body... uh, "sizeless"! Thank you Sene!

A difficult process made easy! The process of measuring and fitting custom jeans over the internet has the potential for great disappointment and frustration, but Sene manages to handle this delicate transaction with grace! I ordered two pairs of jeans and the first mock-up I got was way too small. I sent in pictures and my thoughts on possible alterations and they got back to me right away. Their customer service/fitting specialists are excellent and work very quickly. The only downside is the cost, but custom work is expensive! I hope to get many years out of these jeans and order again in the future!

Absolutely Fantastic I’m a big guy and it’s difficult to get a fit that looks right on me. Decided to give Sene a try. They aren’t super fast and I had to do a couple of remakes on my first suit but it ultimately came out fantastic! I now own six of their suits, dress shirts, polos, and t-shirts. They look great and I’ve received more compliments wearing Sene’s clothing than I have in a long time. They aren’t wool so the look is a little “different” but in a good way. I’m an attorney in Florida. I care much more about being comfortable and not sweating. This was one of the best wardrobe decisions I’ve made in years. Thanks, Sene!
