Within 45 minutes I had been reassured via email from Ethan Bruce. I was delighted to know that my concerns mattered. It honestly felt like a blast from the past, when people were polite and considerate of others. JacketHub ROCKS!

Dont trust the advertised delivery times! I just received my order and have mixed feelings about the whole process; the website advertises with delivery times of up to 11 days, which sounds great - but I had to wait for over a month now to finally receive it. Which is really bad, given I ordered the vest for a con. And even though customer service is friendly and polite (Adam & Dave) its clear they arent really told anything about the order - with the dates of my order being processed and shipped always off a little bit. Clearly not their fault, but the automated emails following every message asking about 5 stars was a little hilarious. Which leads to another unfortunate point: they never reached out to tell me. I always had to ask and remind them of my order, which was a little annoying. The product itself is of average quality, which is fine by me for that price, only the red leather stripe has more of a pinkish colour instead. Which is a surprise, given the other red parts are fine...

Better than I thought Not gonna lie, I was skeptical about this website but I took a chance and can honestly say I’m a proud customer. My jacket is exactly as advertised and the fit is perfect. High quality for sure. The shipping took about a month and the customer service replies in automated emails but it worked out

Item NOT as pictured. The jacket I ordered was Jackson Foley’s letterman’s jacket. The Lion looked like an eagles beak. It was awful! Also, the sleeves were pleather, not leather, as advertised. The address they show is in California, but they are really overseas. SCAM.
