I always think of the average customer service that just leads you from one place to another trying to avoid what you want. But in my situation the problem was fix almost immediately. With the help of David, I was able to receive another jacket with the snap of a finger. I am highly appreciative and can’t describe how happy I am knowing I will receive my jacket in no time.

GBItem NOT as pictured. The jacket I ordered was Jackson Foley’s letterman’s jacket. The Lion looked like an eagles beak. It was awful! Also, the sleeves were pleather, not leather, as advertised. The address they show is in California, but they are really overseas. SCAM.

GBDo NOT Order From This Company - Buyer Beware Do NOT Order From This Company - Yeah The Price Might Be Inviting But The Service Is HORRIBLE!! BUYER BEWARE!! A lot Of Excuses & A lot Of Fancy Words! Placed An Order For Christmas Gifts On Dec 14th. They Debited My Account 4 Days Later - So Yes, They Made Sure To Get Their Money! Sent Numerous Emails Checking Status & Received Responses Filled With Various Excuses "In Production Stage" , "Working Diligently" Etc... Dec 30th: Supposed To Ship 1st Week In January Via "Fastest Courier Service" - Did Not Happen. Jan 10th: More Excuses "Delay In Processing" Due To "Logistical Challenges" & "Increased Work Load" By Shipper (DHL) Due To Holidays - Feb 2nd: (7 WEEKS LATER) FINALLY Received A Federal Express Tracking # With Info Due To Deliver In 3 Days- Never Happened! Tracking Info Shows Package In Dubai Since Feb 5th - Today Is Feb 14th All Excuses That Are Not My Problem As A Consumer - I Bought A Product , Paid For A Product , And Have Yet To Receive That Product! 8 Weeks Plus For Order Fulfillment Is Absurd
