I have used Ruby for only a couple… I have used Ruby for only a couple months so far, but I do not foresee that changing. The receptionist are the most polite, friendly, patient individuals I've worked with. The customer success team really is about our success. They routinely ask for feedback and try to tailor my experience with Ruby to my specific needs. Working with a third party minute details tend to get lost in translation but Ruby is more like another member of my team.
