Stephanie After thinking Xtractor Depot lied, I have discovered that their 3rd party vendor "Across" baited this transaction with phony claims of next day shipping. Stephanie, I apologize for getting angry and I appreciate your follow through on this. We will work together to make sure this gets made right and doesn't happen to anyone else.

They quickly answered all my questions online through email and as soon as I arrived at the facility in person. I recomend anyone that has never purchased through do so. My order was given to me right away. will definitely be going back to make future purchases.

We always end up getting charged… We always end up getting charged additional shipping than what we were originally quoted and it requires a separate invoice. This does not seem very professional. Edited to add that they followed up and explained what was going on. Very courteous and corrected the issue for us!

FedEx messed my order up never got it… FedEx messed my order up never got it then called you guys ordered more but you did not send it until the following week when I said I needed it shipped ASAP and they said they would send it out that day And I still never got my money back for the lost product so you have stolen $515.00
