Answered all my questions about the… Answered all my questions about the vacuum pump I ordered. I'll do a full review on the produce once I get to use it in the field. Edit: 11/29/20 The pump did phenomenal on a double hose set up I have. New inside and outside unit was installed and pumped down to 80 microns in 7 minutes and held below 100. I did swap out the main fitting for a 3/8 flare fitting. My setup is... xtractor 12 cfm pump, appion 3/8 speed Y and 2 1/2" appion vacuum hoses. Super impressed. Great product.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service. I order a part for my short path and after 3 weeks I still haven't received it. Try to contact customer service on their 20k defective short path they sold to us, and their response is we're not in the service of losing money your warranty had pass we can't help you plus we no longer make parts for your machine. Across International sale the same thing much more professional and willing to stand behind their product.

We always end up getting charged… We always end up getting charged additional shipping than what we were originally quoted and it requires a separate invoice. This does not seem very professional. Edited to add that they followed up and explained what was going on. Very courteous and corrected the issue for us!
