GBWorst company ever I have been working with ppoc for years and never had an issue. Checkbook one day decided to suspend my account without any notice. I didn’t realize until 2 weeks later. And they wanted ppoc to contact them if I ever want to get my account back. But PPOC customer service didn’t understand why my account got suspended and why checkbook need them. They refused to do so but they did resent my payments by PayPal. Checkbook literally suspended my account and stopped my payment when their client didn’t have an issue. The customer service representatives are quite stupid. They can never answer my questions right. I’m asking about something they are telling about something else.

GBNearly 3 years and in totally satisfied! I’ve been using this service for almost 3 years as a recipient and for almost two years as a sender for the company I work for. I haven’t had any issues. The only problems my customers have faced are user error: payment emails going to spam, entering information incorrectly, etc. The customer service has been excellent, too. It seems the majority of these bad reviews are surrounding one person's issue. Not really a fair look at the service as a whole.

GBThe Best Customer Service Ever!!! W. Cooley is the best he's professional and knowledgeable about the product. Very understanding and listens to what the customer is really looking for. Ask all the right questions. He just made me feel that he wasn't in it for the money or to make a sale but really cared about my company.
