It's so rare to find a tech company these days where you're dealing with real people, based in the United States that actually care about their customers. I ended up with a complicated payment problem and was looking for solution and Checkbook was an absolute fit. Anthony walked me through the entire process, even though this wasn't specifically his department and made sure from start to finish that everything was seamless and just worked. This last team member resolved my… This last team member resolved my issue. It's been a month or more with this issue. This member was the only one to help resolve this matter.

Persistence pays off I was finally able to get my refund after emailing the IT division. They were able to finally get me a digital refund check & I took it to my bank today. I did not get any help from two different calls to customer service first.

Data scammers No payroll information included with payment. No amount of online assistance made it possible to see any detail regarding the payment. Demanded I link my bank account, and still got nothing. Now they have all my banking info and provide zero services. Will have to change my log in information and inform my clients that I will no longer accept payments through checkbook. Data scammers is all they are. Update - checkbook reached out and stated that the details would be coming, that the check deposit was still too fresh. It was deposited 24 days ago.... Guess I'll stick to my assessment for now.

My bank wouldn't accept check I received from Checkbook,Inc I returned Slim Candy for refund as directed. I wasn't getting any credit on my charge card so I called. They said the time since I ordered was so many months prior that they couldn't credit charge account. They would email a refund check to print & take to Bank. My Bank wouldn't accept the check.
