My bank wouldn't accept check I received from Checkbook,Inc I returned Slim Candy for refund as directed. I wasn't getting any credit on my charge card so I called. They said the time since I ordered was so many months prior that they couldn't credit charge account. They would email a refund check to print & take to Bank. My Bank wouldn't accept the check. Worst company ever I have been working with ppoc for years and never had an issue. Checkbook one day decided to suspend my account without any notice. I didn’t realize until 2 weeks later. And they wanted ppoc to contact them if I ever want to get my account back. But PPOC customer service didn’t understand why my account got suspended and why checkbook need them. They refused to do so but they did resent my payments by PayPal. Checkbook literally suspended my account and stopped my payment when their client didn’t have an issue. The customer service representatives are quite stupid. They can never answer my questions right. I’m asking about something they are telling about something else.
