The Knife Merchant was a great company to deal with … The Knife Merchant was a great company to do business with! Ordered the Victorinox NiroFlex 2000 metal glove as a gift. Quality, well made product. Originally ordered a size medium, but that was slightly big for my daughter. When I contacted Knife Merchant, they immediately sent out a size small with a label to return the original order! Excellent customer service that you don’t find much anymore. And, they didn’t beg for this review like so many companies do; I wrote this because they were great to deal with! I highly recommend The Knife Merchant!!
